How do I get started as a retailer?

Submit a request through our access request page. Once approved, you can browse brands, add products to your cart, and place your first wholesale order.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The platform-wide minimum order is R1,500. Individual brands may also have their own minimum order quantities. All minimums are clearly displayed when you browse and at checkout.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is coordinated through the platform. Once your order is confirmed by the brand, they prepare and dispatch it. You can track the status of every order from your dashboard.
